Our Takedown Process
Receive Notice
We receive a complete DMCA takedown notice with all required information.
Review & Validate
Our team reviews the notice for completeness and validity within 24-36 hours.
Remove Content
If valid, we immediately remove or disable access to the infringing content.
Notify Parties
We notify the content uploader and provide information about counter-notification.
Filing a Takedown Notice
Required Information
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following information:
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- Description of the copyrighted work being infringed
- URL or location of the infringing content on SellDocx
- Statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
- Statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-Notification Process
If Your Content Was Removed
If you believe your content was removed in error, you have the right to file a counter-notification. This process allows you to contest the takedown and potentially restore your content.
Counter-Notification Requirements:
- Your contact information
- Identification of the removed content and its location
- Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
- Consent to local federal court jurisdiction
- Your physical or electronic signature
Important Notice

Repeat Infringer Policy

SellDocx maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts terminated and be permanently banned from the platform.
